We currently only ship to the United States

  • Regular orders ship at a $9.99 Flat Rate fee. 
  • We currently ship to all 50 states and U.S. Territories.
  • All orders include tracking number.

    Many of our shipments are sent through USPS Priority Mail, so please include post office box, if applicable.

    Returns & Refunds:

    If you would like to return a product that was purchased directly from our website, or if you believe your product was damaged during shipping, please contact us at trapshackcompany@gmail.com within 30 days from the date of delivery. We are happy to work with you to either offer a full refund* or to send you a replacement product. Customer service is our #1 priority, so please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. 

    *At this time we only offer direct refunds. No store credit. 

    Trap/Snare Defects:

    Sometimes a trap or snare may have a manufacturer defect that makes it difficult to set. If you believe you received such a product from us, please contact us by phone at (608)-797-0550 and we will do our best resolve the issue.

    To order items labeled as "Special Order," please contact us by phone at (608)-797-0550 or by email at trapshackcompany@gmail.com. Special Order items may take longer to ship based upon availability. A local pickup option may also be available for some products.
